Return and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer can cancel the order anytime before the delivery of the parcel. In case if the order is delivered, however, if a customer still not want the parcel then he/she can place a Request return form, if not satisfied with the product.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS/REPLACEMENT

Yes. You can return the products if you are not satisfied with them. We only accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 20 days from purchase for an exchange or refund.

RETURN PROCESS

First, you have to email us at hello@zamolxes.com to initiate your return or exchange request. Please include proof of purchase and the reason for the return/exchange.

Buyers are required to provide evidence(video footage and pictures) to support the return/refund claim. This helps us to properly evaluate the case. 

We will process your request and get in touch with you within two days.

Will I have to bear the delivery expense of exchange or return?

You will have to bear the delivery charges for exchange if you are not satisfied with the design or look of the product. In case of a faulty or damaged product from our end, we will refund your delivery charges.

REFUNDS

Can I get a refund for my order?

Once the returned product has been received and examined, you will receive a notification to tell you whether your refund request is rejected or approved.

If the item is in its original condition and is unused, we will give you a full refund. If your refund request has been accepted, then the credit will be transferred to your account.

 

Would my refund request get denied?

Your refund request can be denied if:

  • You have requested the refund after the specified return/exchange timeframe
  • The quality meets the description provided by our supplier
  • No defects are found
  • The evidence of defect or damage appears to be falsified, retouched, or modified.

 

When will I get the refund?

Your money will be refunded to the credit card you originally paid with. Please allow seven to fourteen days after the approval of your refund request to receive the full refund. It depends on the processing time of the banks and card processors.

  • Orders made via Coupon Code will be eligible for a partial refund (Selling Price – Coupon Amount).

Please Note               

  • Refund will not be processed until we would receive the original item along with all its components and packaging in its original new condition.
